🔁 Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Lazy Lush

At Lazy Lush, every order is made with love—crafted only after we receive it. This helps us stay sustainable and avoid unnecessary waste. Since each product is printed on demand and made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in special cases mentioned below.

📦 Exchange Policy

We offer one-time size exchanges per order for the same product, as we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We aim to make this process smooth, while staying true to our made-to-order, sustainable values.

Eligible for Exchange if:

  • The wrong size was ordered
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and invoice are intact
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Used, washed, damaged, or worn items
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

📋 Exchange Criteria:

  • Slight colour variations due to screen display settings are common and not considered defects.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for orders placed via our official website www.lazy-lush.com.
  • All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch, and quality is never compromised.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange:

  • Please email us at info@lazy-lush.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and relevant details.
  • Our team will guide you with the return process and address.

🚚 Return & Reship Process:

  • We currently do not offer reverse pickup services.
  • Customers are kindly requested to self-ship the product to the return address shared by our team.
  • After we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed and shipped.

💰 Exchange Fee (One-time per order):

To support our zero-waste, made-on-demand model, a handling fee is applicable for exchanges:

  • ₹200 for summer wear
  • ₹400 for winter wear

This covers basic logistics, repackaging, and helps us continue offering personalized, sustainable fashion.

Returns & Refunds

As every product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns and refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

✅ If You Receive a Damaged/Wrong Product:

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue, starting from the sealed package.
  • The video must be sent to us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Important:
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours
  • The product shows signs of use or wear

💸 Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer a credit note or product replacement as an alternative.

🚫 Refunds on Prepaid Orders After Dispatch:

If your prepaid order is already packed or shipped from our warehouse, we cannot offer a full refund even if you request a cancellation. We work hard to fulfill your order quickly, and once your product is in production or transit, reversal isn't always possible.

❌ Order Cancellations

At Lazy Lush, each item is custom-made once your order is placed, which helps us reduce waste and stay true to our sustainable process.

We accept cancellations only within 12 hours of placing a prepaid order.

💡 You may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (after a ₹100 processing fee) — only if your order has not been packed or shipped
  • A gift voucher of equal value (valid for 6 months) — if your order has already been packed or shipped from our warehouse

 

Once your product moves into production or dispatch, we’re unable to stop the process. Hence, in such cases, only a gift voucher can be issued, not a refund.

 

We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful purchases to support our conscious fashion journey.

⚖️ Compliance Note

Our policies align with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and are designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our sustainability-first business model. We do not impose unjustified cancellation charges or returns, and we offer refunds for legitimate product concerns backed by proof (unboxing video) and prompt communication.
