Exchange Policy: Sustainable and Mindful Shopping at Lazy Lush

At Lazy Lush, we are dedicated to sustainability and providing our customers with a plethora of unique options—more than most brands offer. We craft each order with care upon receipt, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility.

To support this, a fee of ₹200 per order is charged for exchanges, regardless of the number of items purchased on Summer wear and ₹400 per order is charged for winter wear. This approach helps us minimize waste, as returned products often become dead stock, and encourages our customers to make mindful selections.

Product Accuracy and Quality Assurance: We aim for transparency and accuracy in all our product listings to help you make well-informed decisions. Every item is subject to comprehensive multi-layer quality checks to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility:
  • Exchanges are applicable only to domestic orders.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Personalized or customized products are excluded from exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
  • Sale items are final purchase and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchange Criteria:
  • Slight color variations may occur due to device display settings; such differences are not considered defects.
  • Exchanges are processed solely for orders made through our official website, www.lazy-lush.com.
Exchange Process:
  1. Initiate your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery via email at lazylush2023@gmail.com or call +91-9811149674. Requests can also be made directly on our website.
  2. Upon confirmation, an exchange fee of ₹200 per order is required. Please forward a screenshot of the payment via email/WhatsApp.
  3. Return the item(s) to us using a reputable courier (address and details to be provided via email/WhatsApp). Please share the AWB number and courier details after dispatch.
  4. Received products will undergo a quality inspection. Approved exchanges will see the replacement size dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Additional Information:
  • We allow a one-time size exchange per order; multiple exchanges for the same order are not permitted.
  • In cases where the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy: Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Lazy Lush.

  • We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid orders within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, we can either offer you a credit note of the same amount or replace the ordered item with another product of the same amount.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at lazylush2023@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on our customer support number at +91-9811149674.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by Lazy Lush, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
  • Validity of the Credit voucher issued for order cancellation will be valid for 90 days.
  • Any cancellations after placing prepaid orders will be charged ₹100 (as payment gateway charges).

 

REFUND POLICY

Lazy Lush does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange Policy’ on our website.
